Terms of Service

1. The service: Norixship gives you a US address at our Delaware warehouse and forwards the parcels you receive to your address in the Gulf. We receive, store, consolidate, and ship your packages on your instruction.

2. Your account: You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. One suite number is issued per account.

3. Prohibited items: You may not ship items that are illegal to export from the United States or to import into your destination country, including hazardous materials, weapons, and counterfeit goods. Parcels containing prohibited items may be refused or disposed of.

4. Pricing and payment: Shipping charges are shown before you confirm a shipment. All fees are itemized and payable in advance. Duties and taxes charged by the destination country are your responsibility.

5. Storage: Packages are stored free for a limited period after arrival. Parcels left beyond the free window may incur storage fees or be returned.

6. Liability: Our liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited to the declared value of the goods, subject to the courier's terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier.

7. Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
