Shipping Agreement
By submitting a shipment or consolidation request, you agree to the terms below. They protect both you and Norixship and are required for us to handle your goods.

1. Accurate declaration
You are responsible for declaring the true and complete contents, quantity, and value of every item in your shipment. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and not misleading. Under-declaring value or misdescribing contents to avoid duties or restrictions is a breach of this agreement and may be unlawful.
2. Prohibited and dangerous goods
You agree not to ship any prohibited, restricted, illegal, or dangerous goods through Norixship. This includes, without limitation, weapons and explosives, drugs and narcotics, alcohol, pork products, counterfeit goods, currency and precious valuables, live animals and perishables, material contrary to the laws of the destination country, and unauthorised hazardous materials. 3. Your responsibility and indemnity
You accept full responsibility for the goods you ship. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Norixship, its owners, staff, and partners against any fines, penalties, taxes, seizures, legal claims, losses, damage, or injury arising from your goods or from any inaccurate declaration or breach of this agreement — including harm caused to other shipments, property, or persons.
4. Inspection, refusal, and disposal
Norixship may open, inspect, X-ray, hold, refuse, return, or lawfully dispose of any package it reasonably believes contains prohibited, dangerous, or misdeclared goods, without refund and without liability to you. We may report unlawful items to the relevant authorities.
5. Compliance with law
You are responsible for complying with all applicable United States export laws and the customs and import laws of the destination country. Norixship acts as a forwarding agent and does not provide legal or customs advice. Clearance, duties, and taxes at the destination are your responsibility.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norixship is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for loss of or damage to a shipment is limited to the declared value of the affected items or the amount recoverable from the carrier, whichever is lower. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You accept this agreement each time you submit a shipment. We record your acceptance, the date, and the version of this agreement against that shipment.
